We want to make sure that your good vibes are are shipped out as soon as possible. Most orders are produced and shipped within 5-7 business days. Please note that once the order leaves the warehouse, it is the responsibility of the carrier. Please contact the carrier and if necessary make a claim for any lost or stolen packages. Due to covid-19, some shipping times can be extended.

Refunds

We do not allow refunds, but we do allow exchanges. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange an item it can only be exchanged for the same item. Please send us an email at keepyourspiritlifted@gmail.com.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you are able to exchange your item. Send us an email at Keepyourspiritlifted@gmail.com.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send your replacement to the gift giver.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to us. Please send us an email for address, so that we can be on the lookout. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
